Terms and Conditions
Timeline:
All requests must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. All rental requests will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Priority may be given to student organizations, per the discretion of the SCCA.
A $10.00 late fee will be charged if equipment is not returned on the date listed.
Equipment Condition
: Renting organizations and departments will be held responsible for damages to equipment/ supplies. Renters may not use their own supplies.
Prior to return, the renting organization is responsible for the cleaning of the equipment/ supplies, if applicable. A $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the equipment/ supplies are returned without appropriate cleaning. Equipment/ supplies must be picked up and returned to the Information Desk on the 1st floor of the Chamberlain Student Center.
Cancellations:
A forty-eight (48) hour notice, prior to the start time of a scheduled event, is required for any cancellation of rental equipment. Failure to comply with this request will result in a $10.00 fee that will be billed to the organization. Cancellations must be made by e-mail at studentcenter@rowan.edu
Policies:
All rented equipment and materials must be used for official events on University-owned grounds and space. Equipment rental must be accompanied by an event confirmation via 25Live Pro.
Items must be picked up and returned as instructed at the time of their rental. Instructions will be provided in writing in advance.
Prices and availability of all rental equipment are subject to change.
